I hold a Ph.D. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Miami University (Ohio), with a specialization in organizational leadership. My Master of Science focused on group dynamics, leadership development, and transformational learning. I believe in self-defined leadership—supporting individuals in identifying and embracing their unique style to elevate their professional practice.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve served as an instructor, consultant, and practitioner of people-focused team leadership. My experience includes training thousands of emerging and established leaders, delivering more than 250 national, state, and local presentations, and holding leadership roles in professional associations at both regional and national levels.
